Promotion: Online Meeting Pro and Webinar Pro for Direct Customers
Upon signup, direct Digital6 customer accounts will be eligible to receive, free of charge, (A) Online Meeting Pro services (“Pro Plan”) for all new users of such service and (B) for each customer account, one (1) Webinar Pro license, for the first 30 days (“Promotion”).
This Promotion applies to new customers (and new users of existing customers) activating the Online Meeting services referenced herein during the Promotional Period and does not apply to (A) existing users of existing customers or (B) customers who terminate an existing Online Meeting service during the Promotional Period and then attempt to restart it within the Promotional Period. Online Meeting services subscribed to under this Promotion will be free of charge beginning on the date of activation. Under this Promotion, Customer Support availability will be limited to emails only during normal business hours, as well as self-help online support resources. Phone Support and Live Chat will not be available.
To take advantage of this Promotion, corporate accounts must have a valid credit card on file in the applicable Digital6 administrative account at the time of service activation. Individual single licenses of Online Meeting Pro do not require a credit card. At the end of the Promotional Period, the customer’s first charge for all enabled (i) Pro Plan services and/or (ii) Webinar Pro licenses will occur on the 1st of the calendar month following the end of the Promotional Period (i.e., January 1, 2021) and will include a charge for the full calendar month (i.e., for January 2021). In the event that, as of the end of the Promotional Period, the customer has not provided Digital6 with valid and complete billing information, (a) the Pro Plan services will automatically be downgraded to a free version of the Online Meeting service (“Starter Plan”), if one is available at such time, and usage of the Starter Plan will continue at no extra charge to the customer (or, if no free version of the Online Meeting service is available at such time, all of the customer’s Pro Plan services will be cancelled as of the end of the Promotional Period); and (b) the Webinar Pro license will be automatically cancelled. If the customer cancels its account or subscription at any time before the end of the Promotional Period, no charges will be applied, and the applicable Pro Plan services and Webinar Pro license issued under this Promotion will end immediately upon such cancellation. By participating in this Promotion, each customer acknowledges, agrees and gives its consent that such customer, and each of its end users, may be contacted by Digital6 via email for educational, instructional and informational purposes related to the Online Meeting services referenced herein.
Existing users of existing Online Meeting customers, as well as customers that are currently on Digital6’s dedicated platform, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. In addition, certain international customers that are unable to arrange for payment in U.S. Dollars (or any other currency that Digital6 accepts) will be unable to establish an account and participate in this Promotion.
To be eligible, customers must be in good standing with Digital6 and must not be in violation of any relevant agreements or policies or be past due on any obligations. Digital6 reserves the right to discontinue or change the terms of this Promotion at any time without notice. Digital6 further reserves the right of final decision on the interpretation of these terms.
